All sales are final. You may exchange an item if the product received has a defect. Exchanges can only be done 7 days after purchase or delivery, please contact us within 7 days. For exchanges due to an incorrect order, please contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and returned back to us within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused or worn in any way.
All SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDERS and PERSONALIZED (including ALL rings, lab-created diamonds, mined diamonds, gemstones, any and all stones, anything in custom sizes, and all items with engraving/initials) items are final sale, including but not limited to engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom engagement rings and will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for shipping charge. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% non-refundable fee is collected for all jewelry items including custom and handmade jewelry. This includes but is not limited to engagement rings, all men's jewelry, wedding bands, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, anklets, rings, and eternity bands.
All sale, promotional & discounted items, refurbished jewelry, diamonds, lab-created diamonds, Rolex watches, diamonds, gemstones, all designer watches & jewelry, all vintage jewelry, and all jewelry items are sold as-is and considered final sale.
