All sales are final. You may exchange an item if the product received has a defect. Exchanges can only be done 7 days after purchase or delivery, please contact us within 7 days. For exchanges due to an incorrect order, please contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery. In order to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation and returned back to us within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused or worn in any way. All SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDERS and PERSONALIZED (including ALL rings, anything in custom sizes, and all items with engraving/initials) items are final sale, and will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for shipping charge. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
